ICL Calculator

A free online tool for Implantable Collamer Lens sizing, built by auditing clinical data from patients operated at Ophthalmology Clinic Sánchez Trancón. It draws on the scientific literature examining how ICL sizing affects postoperative lens position, giving clinicians a practical, evidence-based aid for planning ICL surgery.

Deep-Tissue AS-OCT Wavelet Analysis

An image-processing and marking tool for anterior segment OCT, developed to reveal anatomical detail in the retro-iris space that is normally obscured by poor light transmission and scattered light. Built and validated on AS-OCT images, it gives clinicians a practical, deterministic aid for visualising the ciliary sulcus and performing posterior chamber biometry.

Published first, then made usable

Both tools started as a question the group could not answer from the literature, and went through the work of answering it before becoming a tool at all. The papers behind them are on the publications page, so the method is there to be argued with rather than taken on trust.
